Dashboard: This page contains the latest messages received from your project(s), and a glance to your existing: users, open support tickets, pending bugs. Your project can be accessed from several convenient locations depending on what page you are. Most common places from dashboard page are the "MY PROJECTS" widget and the "statistical widget" for your account. On other pages, you can always reach your project be either selecting the "All Projects" button from the top header, either the "Projects" menu from the always visible main menu.
Your project: This page contains the:
- Details (summary information
- Files (files attached to your account, like pdf, print screens, etc)
- Milestones (specific deadline(s) for the internal or external task(s))
- Messages (relevant information stored at each manual or automated intervention)
- Members (list of humans with their access types to your account, like your team members or 3rd patry members hired by you for specific tasks)
Support Tickets: This page contains the list of existing tickets (closed, answered, opened) and the option to open a new ticket.
Bug Tracker: This page contains the list of existing bugs (resolved, answered, in progress, recurring) and the option to "Report New Bug".
