๐ฏ Targeted 1 European country
The candidate will choose a single (one) European country for their growth hacking strategies. These strategies will be written in the native language of the targeted country (and English if possible). A highly experienced candidate can choose a specific industry vertical and target each European country, with our help with the language barriers. We prefer full-time employment. Part-time, side hustle or moonlighting for this position is fine. However, conflicts of interest and ethical dilemmas will be considered when selecting a candidate.
๐ป Your responsibilities will include
- Transforming outreach into a natural source of growth
- Designing fun and uniquely smooth outreach system (emails, templates, automatic follow-ups)
- Planning future outreach strategy to new channels and niches
- Closely monitor conversion rates by tracking numbers โ particularly the return on investment for our campaigns
- Constant fine-tuning to improve campaigns
๐งช We are looking for someone who
- Has the ability to work remotely at least 4 consecutive hours/day in the EUROPEAN GMT+0 ~ GMT+2 timezone
- Is fluid written/oral in English and a European language
- Shows an analytical, growth-centric and structured mindset
- Demonstrated history of exceptional lead generation talent, ideally in a SaaS / PaaS sales team;
- Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguity and language barriers;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
